Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred for senior or specialized roles.
- Diploma or certification in office management or secretarial training is an advantage.
2. Professional Experience:
- Entry-Level Roles: 0-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical positions.
- Mid-Level/Senior Roles: 3-8+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with specific industries can be an added advantage (e.g., legal, medical, IT).
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and telephone systems.
- Experience with document management systems and administrative software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry, and record management.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
5. Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Staff:
- Answering and directing phone calls and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.

- Maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
- Support Staff:
- Assisting in data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth workflow.
- Handling logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Supporting team members in operational and clerical tasks.
6. Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
- Administrative Assistant Certification (e.g., CAP by IAAP).
